Make room in your fridge!
By a reader
Simple, fun, and delicious- these clear and easy-to-follow recipes are seriously greatl. I’ve already made a few cakes so far and each is better than the last. Though you’re going to want to rush this into your pie hole (cake hole?) you should heed their warnings about setting times!

Lovely delicious little book!
By Christina_L
Love this book! The flavor combinations are inventive, yet so approachable. Salty Milk Dud? Yes, please! Lemon-caramel? Sign me up! I love that there are recipes for making absolutely everything from scratch (wafers, grahams, creams, puddings, and sauces), but they give tips if you want to use store-bought shortcut ingredients instead. I never thought to use the Trader Joe’s Meyer Lemon Thins in an ice box cake before now.
The book is beautifully photographed, the writing is witty, the recipes are easy to follow, and delicious to boot! Such a great book!

May be the coolest but are a lot of work
By Dragonfly
Icebox cakes—some are a lot of work, an awful lot of work! Don’t let the idea of an icebox cake make you think that these recipes are easy—they’re not. Interesting but a whole lotta work for some mighty small cakes.
